Simply great! The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the lobby has a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. The bar is a perfect spot to unwind after a long workday. The coffee bar downstairs is an excellent touch—great coffee right in the lobby, no need to step outside. The gym is on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed. The rooms are modern, stylish, and a comfortable size. The bed is fantastic, with crisp white linens and towels—simple, uncluttered, and perfect. Will for sure be asking our procurement team to reach out for more extended collaboration!

I LOVE this hotel. The decor from the lobby to the bar to the hallways, and the room markers, is purposefully and thematically chosen. The rooms are some combination of industrial chic, funky, fun, and absurdly functional. If you're a fan of extremely traditional hotel design, then maybe the Arrive isn't for you... and I suspect they like it that way. If beautifully off-beat, but delightfully choreographed, style is your jam, then Arrival is your hotel.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here recently for our wedding anniversary trip - thanks for the hand written card ! The room was very clean, quirky and very welcoming with concrete floors and industrial fittings. It was warm and cosy - despite the exposed flooring ! The bed was so beautifully comfortable. The Bluetooth speaker was an added bonus. We loved the room and the hotel. The TV remote was a bit frustrating and not responsive.

This was our second time staying at Arrive in Memphis as we enjoyed it so much last year! From the moment we walked in to the minute we left the staff was welcoming, kind, professional, & super friendly. One person in particular, I think her name is Lamaria, should get a promotion! She is excellent at her position there & went over & above to make sure we were well taken care of! We took advantage of the beautiful bar area & had drinks & a snack & our service there was tops as well. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, & so very comfortable. The location of this hotel is great as you can walk to Beale Street! Finally, as we were leaving we got a really good coffee at Hustle & Dough, the perfect way to end our stay at Arrive! Thank you everyone for making our 2nd stay as great as the 1st...we'll be back!

Arrive Memphis became my home base during the two and a half years I lived in the city. The design alone makes this hotel unforgettable — from the beautiful corner room overlooking Lower Main Street with its exposed brick and vintage-inspired wallpaper, to the uniquely styled hallways and the eclectic, cozy lobby filled with character. Every space feels intentional and warm. But what truly sets Arrive apart is the people. Hustle & Dough was my daily ritual, and the Brew Crew — Lamaria, Isabella, Kendall, Caleb, and Rosemary — made every morning better with great coffee and genuinely kind conversation. Bryan and Ryan in the kitchen kept the food consistently excellent, and their sourdough toast quickly became a personal favorite. Willie at the front desk and Eugene at Valet, and official keeper of the front door, always offered a friendly welcome every time I walked in. It’s clear the whole atmosphere thrives under Richie, the general manager, whose leadership shows in the team’s energy. The hotel is also dog-friendly, which adds charm and joy to the experience. I spent my last night in Memphis here, and waking up in that beautifully designed room with the city outside my window felt like the perfect farewell. Arrive Memphis isn’t just a stylish place to stay — it’s a warm, welcoming community. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

We stayed just one night as we were on our way to Texas. I loved the ambiance as well as the style and warm vibe! The best was a little visit at the hotel bar where I had the absolute best drink and service from the friendly and warm bartender. G made a perfect Manhattan and I loved the setting. I also got the sausage pizza to take up to my room. It was delicious! I so enjoyed my respite that I will plan a long weekend to come back and visit. I will definitely stay here again for the room, location and the service.

Our stay at ARRIVE Memphis was exactly what we hoped for—a comfortable, stylish home base right in the middle of downtown. The location made it incredibly easy to venture out and take in all the Memphis sights and sounds, then return to a place that felt calm, warm, and welcoming. The lobby set the tone right away: cozy, inviting, and a great spot to settle in with a coffee or a cocktail. The food and drinks were consistently good, and it doubled as the perfect hangout zone for us and the friends traveling with us. It’s rare to find a hotel where the common areas are actually somewhere you want to spend time, but ARRIVE nails it. Our room was surprisingly quaint in the best way—comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and full of small touches that made it feel both fun and functional. The layout worked, the bed was great, and everything had a clean, modern charm without trying too hard. Overall, ARRIVE Memphis delivered exactly the kind of stay we enjoy: low-friction, well-designed, and grounded in a sense of place. We’d happily stay again and would recommend it as a fantastic hub for anyone exploring downtown Memphis.

I really enjoyed my stay at Arrive. I arrived late, and was checked in promptly and graciously at the front desk. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the industrial feel, I know some reviewers have been less enthused, but I found the room exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathrooms appear to be open concept, but a hidden panel in the bedroom area which hides a closet can be moved to close off the sink, and a barn door closes off the rest of the bathroom. They should probably offer photos of this so guests can be made aware as this is a common complaint in their reviews. I was on the 5th floor and it was very quiet, the air/heat was comfortable and easy to set. I valet’d my car which was astronomical, but was worried about street parking so I ate the cost. The lack of coffee maker in the room didn’t bother me because there is a lovely bustling cafe in the lobby. Prices at the cafe are more than fair, although I’m from Chicago so maybe that’s just me. I had a granola bowl and cappuccino and enjoyed both. Aside from the costly valet my only other two quibbles are this - the body soap in my shower was empty and it was just too late for me to wait for someone to bring more up. They must pump perfume into the lobby and I found it really overpowering - I would recommend they take it down a notch. I was inexplicably charged $5 for the mini-bar despite having taken nothing. Hopefully this gets sorted out. Overall, a very charming and well appointed hotel. As a business owner if I had dozens of reviews mentioning the coffee makers I’d probably just pony up and add them to the rooms, but it’s not my business! Would definitely come back. Staff was wonderful, kind, and accommodating!
